Overall, the sales went much faster than I expected and communication with the showing process went unusually quick. The final process of closing the agreement came with many issues with the buyer and the buyer's Realtor. Jodi did a magnificent job focusing through these issues to make sure the sale would happen as laid out in the original sales agreement. Jodi was a good choice with such a dynamic real estate market which we were in at the time of this sale.
